    No, there are no initial costs from you. We cover everything from our time and resources to advertising. All pricing is outlined in our agreement.

    No catch. At the end of the sale, we send you the net profit. 

  • What do you need from me?

    First, we need to have a consultation. Then we sign an estate sale agreement. After that, we do the work and you get paid.

  • Where do you host estate sales?

    Anywhere in the U.S. where an estate needs us. We bring the team and the resources to you. It’s just part of what makes us great.

  • Why should I choose an estate sale over an auction?

    An estate sale takes place at your location. No need to move your items to an auction house. With experts to do the work, you can leave the worry up to us.

  • Can I trust you?

  • How will you advertise my sale?

  • How long does a sale last?

    Most sales are two days, on Saturday and Sunday. We add days if necessary.

  • How many people will be attending my sale?

    Our marketing brings in the most buyers based on the items that are for sale.

  • Do you discount items?

    We want top dollar for your items, but we also price items to sell. So that you are not left with anything after the sale, we discount items as necessary on the final day of the sale.

  • Should I be there for the sale?

    It is required that the client not be on premises during sale hours. We understand this is a sensitive time for all family members involved and being present often makes the potential customers uncomfortable which leads to decreased sales.

  • Can people preview the items for sale?

    A preview of upcoming sales is listed on our website. On a limited basis, we do offer some items for pre-sale as appropriate.

  • What payment do you accept at the sale?

    We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

  • What about unexpected items?

    Sometimes we encounter items of exceptional value that we were not notified about. We always contact you to ensure you approve before adding these items to the sale.
